Security Practices
At Couplify, our application's security and user data privacy are top priorities. Although it is impossible to anticipate every potential threat, we are committed to continuously assessing and enhancing our security measures to protect our user community.

Comprehensive Safeguards: We employ a combination of physical, procedural, and electronic controls to prevent unauthorized access to our systems and user data.
Regular Security Reviews: Our internal security team, along with external security experts,
routinely reviews our systems and applications to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.

Reporting Security Vulnerabilities

Encouraging Responsible Disclosure: We invite security researchers to report any
vulnerabilities they find by emailing security@couplify.com. We strive to respond promptly, and if
you do not hear back, please reach out again.
Maintaining Confidentiality: To ensure user safety, we request that any details about potential
vulnerabilities remain confidential until we confirm that the issue has been resolved.
Bug Scrubs and Researcher Inclusion: We conduct regular bug scrubs to prioritize security
issues effectively. Researchers who follow responsible disclosure practices and submit high-
quality reports may be considered for participation in our security programs.
Prohibited Activities
Testing Restrictions: To protect our systems, we prohibit testing methods that involve Denial of
Service (DoS) attacks or the use of automated scanning tools against our applications or
infrastructure.
