Roselle has over 20 years of professional management experience, including client care and service, staff management, team leadership, hiring, and staff development. She is currently employed with Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia, as an Imaging Clinical Coordinator. Her areas of expertise include mentorship and coaching, procedure evaluations, staff supervision, quality control, and performance management.
